Have you decided that you're cut out to be an entrepreneur? Then begin here!

What to do?
Time management FIRST
SELF DISCIPLINE
Get in the habbit of doing the income producing activities
You have 24 hour every day- make the most and best use of your time. You are doing something now with every minute, right? (you are, even if it’s not productive). Something will have to go to make room for the new activities required to build a business. You have to decide what things to give up.
- TV time
- Email, web surfing that is not productive
- Procrastination- NOTHING works unless you do
- Useless chatter- Why waste time talking about things that you cannot change or fix?. Why waste time talking about other people?
- Being a perfectionist- Take pride in what you do, but don’t be anal over it. You really do need to ask your self; Is what I’m doing now going to matter by this time next week, month, year.
- Being lazy, sleeping too much, relaxing too much
DO IT, don’t procrastinate
Contemplate YOUR reason to succeed- YOUR WHY (what burning desire do you have that will keep you keeping on, even when your tired, facing difficulties or whatever?)
I’m building my home based business to buy back my personal freedom- to spend more time with my family-
The initial learning curve may require you to sacrifice the very thing you are trying to earn back, like time with your family, but with the proper goal setting and planning and tracking, you will accomplish what it is you are aiming for.
Ask your self- “Do I want to continue to carry buckets of water (trade my time for dollars), giving up x number of hours every day, week in, week out, year after year? Hoping that someday, when I retire, the government will carry some buckets for me? Or would I rather build a pipe line right now, part time while I continue to carry buckets, knowing that the extra effort I put in right now will provide a constant supply of water in the future (residual income). Once the pipline is completed, it will continue to supply not only my needs, but enough to share with others in need. And it will continue to do this even while I am sleeping, playing, traveling or serving others.
This little analogy is just an example of what you can accomplish by building a home based business. There are so many benefits to being your own boss. Are you the type of person that can succeed in your own business? Only you can answer that question, but if you are willing to roll up your sleeves and learn and put in the effort- you will succeed as long as you stick to it. NEVER give up.

Do you have what it takes to be an e-entrepreneur?

These days, it seems like everyone wants to work
from home and make money on the Internet. But
before you even turn on your computer, the first
question you have to ask yourself is whether
you’re cut out for this kind of work.

The fact is, building a home-based business isn’t
for everyone. Some people like the commute. They
really do enjoy having a boss who tells them what
to do, and they like the routine of working
nine-to-five for an ordinary salary that can
barely pay the mortgage. Personally, I think
they’re nuts.

More reasonably, there are people who are
concerned about the risk of starting up their own
business. They’re not sure it’s worth the
investment of time and money, and they’re scared
of the responsibility that comes with running
their own company. They wonder if there is
another way to escape the rat race.

I’m sure there is. You could win the lottery or
wait for your Aunt Sue to keel over and leave you
her condo. Or maybe you could sit down with a pen
and paper and draw the blueprint for "The Next
Big Thing". Anything can happen... Right?

For me, what happened was creating a successful,
self-running Internet marketing system. It didn’t
happen without effort. It didn’t happen without
at least some initial investment of both time and
money and, of course, it doesn’t happen now
without me making sure that the taxes are filed
and the paperwork is done. But it happened.

I’m my own boss. I work from home according to my
own schedule and I get to pocket all the cash my
business makes. If you’re prepared to give an
e-business the time, the work and the money it
needs to get started and get growing, it can
happen for you too.

Can I Really Run A Home Based Business?? YES You Can!! Let's get busy!

Home Business- Self Employment.

Ask yourself-

Why do I want to have a home based business?

Am I cut out to be self employed?

Do I have what it takes to run a home business?

What does it take to run a home based business?

What type of home business do I want to run?

Some people really should NOT be self employed…If you are one of those people, that’s fine, you have a position to fill in our society. Stick with it.

But even many who think they are not cut out to be self employed could be very successful at it with the proper training. Training in self improvement as well as training to run the particular business that you want.

Are you willing to learn?

Are you willing to try new things?

Are you willing to work hard for as long as it takes? You will need to commit to it because NOTHING WORKS- unless you do.

With the proper training, you can follow in someone else’s footsteps and avoid a lot of mistakes. I tell my kids that the one school that they will never graduate from is The School of Hard Knocks, and the less you are willing learn from others, the more hard knocks you will have to endure. If someone is where you want to be and they are willing to train you, then you can avoid a lot of hard knocks by following them.

Here are some things to consider about owning your own home based business.

- How much will it cost? Be realistic. It takes money to make money. If you don’t have the money right now, there are some resources available to help start making some money that you can use to fund your desired business. Check out my web site at FreedomChoices.biz for some ideas.

- There are many businesses that have a very low start up cost, if any. Many
home businesses can be started with what you already have.
Please understand though, if you run your business like a hobby, you might make hobby income {which will actually end up costing more in the long run, because you ROI, return on investment, will be lower), but if you treat it like a high dollar business, you can make a lot of money.

-What are the tax benefits? There are many tax benefits- check with your accountant or read books to see exactly what benefits are available to you, but there are many. One of the differences between the poor or middle class and the wealthy is that the wealthy know of ways to shelter their income from taxation.

- With many programs, you can create duplication, which will help grow your business exponentially. Now instead of earning money on the basis of trading time for dollars, your efforts are multiplied. More money, less effort.

- There most likely is a home business opportunity in any field that you are interested in, so check it out.
